Fixed an issue that was preventing players’ crowd control abilities from properly affecting Emperor Karl Franz. Additionally, Karl Franz will use his “Comet” ability in a more consistent manner.

Fixed an issue with contested capital city Public Quests that was causing contribution not to clear after each completion of the Public Quest. Players will now see a more appropriate spread of contribution bonuses when a capital city Public Quest is completed.
